Design Development for Comprehensive Rehabs or New Construction
- Initial Site Visit or Review of Site Plan
- Property tour or plan review with both the project lead and the architect, if possible
- Assess the condition of the house to be rehabbed
- Photos - General shots as well as areas requiring specific attention will be captured
- Meeting with Architect - Up to two meetings to review project, plans and redlines *
- Reviewing/Redlining Architectural Plans - One review cycle *
- Space planning
- Working with the design team to develop the placement of the mechanicals (Architect represents the project to local building department)
- Written Summary
- Organized notes and information from the initial property assessment
- Outline style and direction for the project
- Project overview

*Any additional meetings, review or changes will be charged hourly or rolled into a Design Package.
*Price based on homes up to 1,500 square feet. Larger homes priced at $0.50 per square foot. Travel expenses apply on properties outside a 20 mile radius from Downtown Cleveland.
