Project Assessment: 

• Review project and budget to create a detailed list of all required light fixtures and determine the appropriate sizes of each fixture.  This is best done on the job site. However, if a detailed dimensioned set of architectural plans is available, selections can be made from the plans.  

Lighting Selections Include Up to the Following: 

• 3 - Exterior Fixtures - when applicable

• 2 - Foyer / Entry Fixture(s)

• 2 - Hall Fixtures

• 2 -  Kitchen Lights

• 1 - Dining Light

• 1 - Set of Wall Sconces - when applicable (typically over a fireplace)

• 1 - Family Room Fixture

• 1 - Living Room Fixture 

• 3 - Bathroom Vanity Fixtures

• 1 - Bedroom Light Option

• 1 - Bedroom Fan Option

• 1 - Closet Light

• 1 - Utility Light (Laundry and or Garage / Basement)

• Light Bulb Selection Sheet

Presentation of Selections: 

• Once selections have been finalized with the contractor's approved vendors, a linked presentation will be shared so lighting can be purchased by the contractor's purchasing team.
