• Initial Site Visit - Assess condition and features with project lead. Usually about 60 minutes for average size homes. Up to 90 minutes for large ones.

• Photos - General shots as well as areas requiring specific attention will be captured

• Written Summary 

  • Organized notes and information from the initial property assessment

  • Outline style and direction for the project
