Phase III || Installation

• Project Management - Oversight and working with vendors and trades to establish and meet timelines through to completion. Ensuring design concepts are executed.

• Scheduling Trades, Order Processing and Product Deliveries - Coordinating vendors and trades. Ensuring items are ordered, delivered and installed at the appropriate time.

• Troubleshooting - Resolving any issues with vendors, trades or products that may arise during the project. 

• Final Installation - The final touches are so important in completing a project, and accessories are often the personal aspect that makes your home feel uniquely like you. It all comes together with cleaning the space and any adjacent areas before accessorizing and hanging art.
