Project Assessment: 

• Review of the general house layout and finish selections.  Project assessment could occur on the job site, at the contractor’s office or virtually.   If done virtually colors cannot be guaranteed to coordinate with finishes unless actual finish samples are provided to the designer.  

Exterior Paint Selections include up to the following:

• Main House Color - if applicable

• Trim Color

• Door Color

• Accent Color - when applicable (i.e. - porch ceiling)

Presentation of Selections:

• Once a color palette for the home has been finalized with the contractor's approved vendor, a detailed presentation will be prepared listing the paint color,  manufacturer, and finish for each of the areas of the home.
