Project Assessment: 

• Review of the general house layout and finalized selections.  Project assessment could occur on the jobsite, at the contractor’s office or virtually.   If done virtually colors cannot be guaranteed to coordinate with finishes unless actual finish samples are provided to the designer.  

Interior Paint Selections include up to the following:

• Ceiling Paint - where applicable 

• Trim Paint - where applicable

• Main House Color

• Kitchen and Bath Color if different from the main house color

• Accent Color 

• + 1 Additional Color 

*Additional Interior Paint Selections may be purchased for $50 each.

Presentation of Selections:

• Once a color palette for the home has been finalized with the contractor's approved vendor, a detailed presentation will be prepared listing the paint color,  manufacturer, and finish for each of the areas of the home.
